A proud third-generation Texan, Mike Borger was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. His deep family roots in the region trace back to his grandfather’s cousin Asa “Ace” Borger, the founder of Borger, TX, Stinnett, TX, and several other small towns in Texas and Oklahoma.

Mike earned his degree in Finance from Harding University before launching Turn-Key Leasing in 1979, a company that provided computer systems and heavy equipment leases to businesses across the Texas Panhandle. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to local businesses have made a lasting impact on the regional economy.

In 2015, Mike and his wife, Lynnae, moved to Pampa, where he became the Campus Pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church. Today, he continues to serve the congregation part-time as Ministry Pastor, preaching and promoting healthy marriages. Beyond his pastoral work, he serves as Chairman of the Board of CLI Capital in Amarillo, a firm that provides real estate financing for large educational and medical projects nationwide.

A devoted family man, Mike has been married to Lynnae for 45 years. Together, they have raised three children and are proud grandparents to eight grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys writing songs and playing music with his longtime band, the Prairie Dogs, as well as fishing, golfing, and traveling to visit his grandchildren.
